Our 1/4 beef is actually a half of a half. That way you get to sample a little bit from the whole animal. This will put between 70 and 90 pounds of lean, grass fed beef in your freezer. $5.50 per pound (hanging weight). Price includes standard processing (Certain processing items may result in an additional fee. For example, patties, sausage mixes, brats, jerky, etc). $200 deposit due at time of order. Will take up 3-4 Cubic ft of freezer space.
